A campo role can be received in one of two ways: either by being assigned the role by an administrator or, in the case of examinations administrator and study advisor, via an application and approval procedure.
Where can I find my campo roles?
Our colleagues from RRZE, who manage the IdM portal, have provided an overview in the system that shows you which campo roles you have already been assigned.

Who can assign a campo role to me?
The Q coordinators have determined a group of people in the decentralized institutions who are responsible for assigning those campo roles that are not assigned by the head of the institution. The roles in question are degree program coordinator, course catalog editor, room manager and building manager.
Please contact the head of your institution for the role of campo administrator. All campo administrators are assigned the module administrator role automatically, which means they can edit all the modules for their organizational unit.
For the roles of lecturer and module manager, please contact your campo administrator if the Examinations Committee has not authorized you as an examiner. If you have been authorized as an examiner, the Examinations Office (L6) will assign you the roles examiner, lecturer and module manager.
You can apply yourself via the IdM portal for the campo roles study advisor and examinations administrator. Instructions on how to do so are given below.
